We pride ourselves in being proactively safe by providing safety sessions, incentives, audits, proper record keeping, learning lessons from others, offering the latest training guidelines and hiring safety professionals.

Our employees and those we work for will go home safe every day. We will never jeopardize or short-cut a process and submit ourselves or our customers to harm’s way.

Our mission at Appalachian Mechanical is zero injuries. Our vision is that our employees will challenge themselves to identify and evaluate risks accordingly to provide a safe work environment for our employees, sub-contractors, customers and the general public. We believe safety is an equal partner with quality, environment and cost. We work in a “see-it, own-it” autonomy.

Appalachian Mechanical employs safety professionals. These professionals are trained, certified and experienced in the safety field. The safety managers conduct job-site audits and inspections, safety meetings and keeps the company compliant with OSHA and EPA training regulations. Additionally, we provide a safety contact person at each job site. This person is the contact for safety at that location either in a full time position or as a working safety person.

We have a full time HSE Manager on staff as well as site safety managers to ensure safety is our first priority.
